Please use recommended professional products to ensure our guarantee on all hair services. Products and our services are 100% money back guaranteed.

              RETAIL PURCHASES

If you are unhappy with any products you purchase from our salon, you may exchange or return unused products within 7 days of original date purchased for a full refund in the same form of the original payment. Original receipt or purchase history of the product must be available.

SALON SERVICES

Our salon services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed if addressed within 14 days, and we are given the opportunity to make it right. Professional products are being used. Any and all alterations must be with the same service provider who performed the original service.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Lenny's Hair Design and Spa accepts Visa - MasterCard - Discover - Personal Checks and Cash. 

GRATUITY

Gratuity is customary for good services and always left to the discretion of our guests. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card.

GIFT CARDS

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards, and packages are non- transferable. No cash or credit card refunds will be given on gift cards purchased.

TARDY POLICY

Since all of our service providers work within a schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Once a guest is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment time.

SALON & SPA CANCELLATION

Please be courteous when canceling your salon service reservation. We ask for a twenty-four (24) hour notice. Spa and Wedding Day service reservations with two or more guests and/or with more than one spa service must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. Prom, Homecoming and Our Chemical service reservations (American Wave... Thermal Straightening and Ombres) must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. A fifty percent fee will be charged to your credit card for reservations missed without a minimum of forty-eight (48) hour notice.

CHILDREN POLICY

To ensure all guests enjoy a fun and relaxing environment while in our salon and spa, we ask that children accompany you only when they are receiving services. Children cannot be unattended at anytime. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
